Theory and models such as Hershy and Blanchard, Belbin, Tuckman, Adair, Honey and Mumford can be explored through a range of activities from grounds-based problem solving “games” through to more adventurous pursuits such as climbing, caving, abseiling, canoeing and high ropes courses.
