Alterations to Bookings: You may increase the number of places that you have reserved, subject to the availability of activity resources, at any time.  You will be informed of any additional costs that arise.

You can reduce the number of places that you have reserved without incurring cancellation charges up to fourteen days before the agreed commencement date of a course.  After this date cancellation charges as detailed below will apply.

Cancelling a Reservation: Cancellation charges will be levied as follows:

• Up to 14 days before commencement: Nil
• 7 days: 50%
• Less than four days: 100%

Personal Property Insurance: Please note that Moorland Adventure Ltd do not accept any responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings.

Personal Accident Insurance: Although Moorland Adventure Ltd is covered by public liability insurance there is no personal accident insurance cover offered. This may be obtained through:-
